We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects:

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange will be free of charge, and we will cover all shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Please contact us on WhatsApp at +20 128 858 1899 with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos or videos (especially if there is a defect)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (if applicable), or through cash on delivery return as agreed.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

نسعى دائمًا لرضاك التام عن مشترياتك. إذا لم تكن راضيًا لأي سبب، نحن هنا لمساعدتك.

شروط الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

  • يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، وداخل التغليف الأصلي.

  • المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها بسبب سوء الاستخدام قد لا تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع.

في حالة وجود عيب صناعة:

إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب تصنيع، فإن عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال ستكون مجانية بالكامل، وسنتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن.

كيفية طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

وإرسال البيانات التالية:

  • رقم الطلب

  • سبب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

  • صور أو فيديو توضح المشكلة (خاصة في حال وجود عيب)

طريقة استرداد المبلغ:

  • يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية (إن أمكن)، أو يتم الاتفاق على طريقة بديلة مثل استرجاع عبر مندوب الدفع عند الاستلام.

  • تتم معالجة المبلغ خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج المرتجع.

تكاليف الشحن:

  • يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع العادي.

  • أما في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو إرسال منتج خاطئ، فنحن نتحمل كامل تكلفة الشحن.
