We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt, including:

  • Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia)

  • Delta / Lower Egypt (Alexandria, Sharqia, Dakahlia, etc.)

  • Upper Egypt (Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, etc.)

  • Remote & border areas (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley)

2. Delivery Time:

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery area and are shown at checkout.

  • You will be notified of the total cost, including shipping, before confirming the order.

4. Order Confirmation:

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm address and delivery details.

5. Delays or Issues:

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses.

نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع المحافظات داخل مصر، بما في ذلك:

٢. مدة التوصيل:

  • يتم التوصيل عادة خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.

  • قد تختلف المدة في فترات المواسم أو العطلات الرسمية.

٣. رسوم الشحن:

  • تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب المنطقة، وتظهر أثناء إنهاء الطلب.

  • سيتم إبلاغك بالتكلفة الإجمالية قبل تأكيد الطلب.

٤. تأكيد الطلب:

بعد تنفيذ الطلب، سنتواصل معك عبر الواتساب أو الهاتف لتأكيد العنوان وتفاصيل التوصيل.

٥. التأخيرات أو المشاكل:

نحرص على توصيل الطلبات في الوقت المحدد، لكن لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخيرات الناتجة عن شركة الشحن أو أخطاء في العنوان.
